Mike McNeely

Worship Leader - Mike and his soul-mate, Jodi, have two daughters: Skyler and Lily. He grew up in west Texas, and played guitar in bands throughout high school and college. After graduating from NMSU in Las Cruces, NM with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he and Jodi moved to Houston, TX where he worked at NASA during the day and played in rock bands, such as 20/20 Blind and Atticus Finch, at night. After four CD releases and thousands of shows, they moved to Charlotte to start a new job and raise a family. He soon joined the worship team at Church At Charlotte’s Video Café where he became close friends with Pastor Scott Utesch and Greg Whitus.
He likes taking beach trips with his girls, things that are loud (like electric guitars and motorcycles), and things that hint at the beauty, mystery, love, and power of God. Mike also enjoys reading a great book, hanging out with real and deep-thinking friends (like the worship team members at Glenstone), and listening to passionate-driven music on his iPod.
